Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day supply chain operations for quick commerce channels.
Monitor and reconcile inventory levels and order fulfillment data.
Coordinate with warehousing, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and delivery success.
Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the management team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations to resolve the challenges

Must Have Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn supply chain management software/tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for the fast-paced environment of quick commerce operations.
