Role & responsibilities: *Branch Sales manager a. Set and achieve branch sales goals. b. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance. c. Drive promotional campaigns to boost sales. d. Build relationships with key or repeat customers. e. Ensure proper inventory management and stock control. * Sales Executives a. Approach and engage customers in-store. b. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. c. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. d. Handle queries, concerns, and complaints professionally. e. Keep up with new arrivals and promotions. Preferred candidate profile: For Branch Sales Manager: We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing a retail team or branch, with a minimum of 3 years of overall experience required for this role. For Sales Executives: We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sales. Retail experience would be a great advantage. Men are preferred. Immediate hiring.
