Job Description

Role Overview: As a Branch Sales Manager for SFP Lending, your primary responsibility will be to promote the SFP product and establish sustainable partnerships with customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales of School Funding Products and managing customer relationships, both existing and new. Additionally, you will be tasked with addressing customer service issues, reaching out to SFP Equipment Manufacturers for strategic partnerships, and overseeing sales channel management activities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of SFP Products, particularly School Funding, by proactively engaging with potential customers. - Maintain and nurture relationships with a portfolio of customers, focusing on both retention and expansion. - Address customer service queries and issues effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. - Collaborate with SFP Equipment Manufacturers to develop tailored lending products for SFP customers. - Source business from various channels including DSAs, Connectors, and Chartered Accountants. - Take ownership of sales channel management, including lead tracking, cross-selling initiatives, and operations activities. - Conduct sales data analytics and reporting for business reviews and conferences. - Focus on deepening relationships with existing customers and maximizing customer retention rates. - Generate referrals from the internal database to expand the customer base. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA in Marketing & Sales. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in SFP product sales. - Strong relationship management skills. - Knowledge of machinery/equipment products in the NBFC sector. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
