· Develop and implement Branch sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the IT Division.
· Lead, manage, and motivate the Branch sales team, setting clear objectives and performance standards.
· Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the customer base.
· Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
· Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen the company's market position.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective after-sales support.
· Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in IT peripherals sales in Ahmedabad Market.
· Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and emerging technologies
· Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Strong business acumen and the ability to adapt to a dynamic market.
