As a Branch Sales Manager at iBall, your role involves developing and implementing branch sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the IT Division. You will lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales team by setting clear objectives and performance standards. Identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the customer base are key responsibilities. Collaboration with marketing, product, and technical teams is essential to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will help in identifying opportunities for product and service enhancements. Additionally, you will prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen the company's market position. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective after-sales support is crucial.
