Job Description

As a Branch Sales Manager at iBall, your role involves developing and implementing branch sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the IT Division. You will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating the branch sales team by setting clear objectives and performance standards. It will be your duty to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the customer base. Collaboration with marketing, product, and technical teams is crucial to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will help you identify opportunities for product and service enhancements. You will also be required to prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, establish strategic partnerships, alliances, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide effective after-sales support.
