ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper layout of the store.

Ensure stock availability, shelf display standards, and timely replenishment.

Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers for stock deliveries.

Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to optimize stock.

Assign duties and set schedules for employees.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.

Maintain proper documentation and licenses.

Build relationships with local vendors and the surrounding community.
