Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide feedback to management on customer needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling products such as UCV. Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of emerging enterprise banking and UCV sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
