Job Description

As a Unit Manager in the Agency Channel at the Life Insurance Company in Kerala, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive sales for life insurance products through the agency channel. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents - Setting and monitoring team targets, providing support, and motivation to achieve goals - Conducting client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship-building for upselling/cross-selling - Conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance the team's product and sales knowledge - Tracking team performance and preparing sales/market reports - Maintaining ethical business practices and ensuring high customer satisfaction To qualify for this role, you must be below 30 years of age, possess a completed graduation degree, and have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in field sales, BFSI, or life insurance.
