Job Title: Business Relationship Executive (BRE) Department: Sales Location: [Delhi,Delhi NCR,Faridabad,South Delhi] Reports to: Area Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader Job Summary:As a Business Relationship Executive (BRE) at SBI Cards, you will be responsible for acquiring new credit card customers through direct sales, building customer relationships, and promoting the benefits of SBI Card products. The role is target-driven and requires strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:Customer Acquisition: Promote and sell SBI Credit Cards to potential customers through field visits, in-store promotions, and other direct channels. Identify prospective customers and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Explain product features, benefits, and terms to customers. Ensure smooth onboarding of customers and assist with documentation and application submission. Resolve queries related to credit card offerings and application status. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and comply with RBI and internal policies. Coordinate with the back-office team for timely processing and activation. Reporting and Feedback: Maintain daily/weekly reports of activities, leads generated, and sales achieved. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competitive offers, and product enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred. Experience in sales (preferably in BFSI/retail/telecom) is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is a plus. Other Details:Compensation: Fixed + Incentives (Performance-Based) Job Type: Full-time (Depending on hiring mode)
