Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing receivables and handling cash operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily activities of the branch's receivable department.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan disbursements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Analyze financial data to provide insights on receivable performance and suggest improvements.
Supervise and train a team of receivable officers to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Experience in managing teams and leading by example.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
