Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and handling cash operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily cash operations, including receiving payments and disbursing funds.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions, maintaining high standards of accounting accuracy.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debts and improve collection efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues related to receivables.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivable management.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in managing receivables and handling cash operations, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
