Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in receivables management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables function.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues related to payments.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delinquency rates and collection times.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to customers regarding payment-related queries.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of BFSI industry practices and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
