Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Specialist based in Thodupuzha. Responsibilities include managing daily branch banking operations, ensuring smooth execution of operational processes, and maintaining compliance with company standards. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent customer service experiences, managing business relationships, supporting sales teams, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of branch operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Branch Banking Operations and Operations Management
• Strong Customer Service and Business Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of Finance, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in managing and streamlining operational processes in a branch environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in the insurance or banking industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
