Branch Operations Manager-RL-Emerging Market

As the Service Team Lead, your role will involve ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance and coordinating audits of the branch. You will be responsible for driving service excellence to enhance the portfolio, control retention, and improve cross-selling. Your duties will also include authorizing and checking RO / SO entries, reviewing end products, and verifying vouchers for transactions exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs.
