As a Branch Operations Manager, your role involves managing and supervising daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing and supervising daily branch operations, including documentation, reporting, and compliance. - Ensuring smooth processing of financial transactions, customer requests, and service operations. - Handling cash management, account reconciliation, and inventory control. - Coordinating with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. - Maintaining records and preparing reports on operational performance and branch activities. - Ensuring adherence to company policies, banking regulations, and audit requirements. - Assisting in resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner. - Supporting business development activities and contributing to the overall growth of the branch. To excel in this role, you should have: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: 0-3 years of experience in operations, banking, or branch management preferred. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational software (ERP, CRM, or banking systems). - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
