Branch Operations Executive - Bangalore

As a Compliance Officer, your main responsibility will be to ensure the compliance of sanction and disbursement conditions, along with overseeing Disbursal Authorization, Delinquency Management, Vendor/Cost management, and Quality Management in terms of Audit, Compliance, and Hind sighting. Your key responsibilities will include compliance of sanction and disbursement conditions, managing processes and initiatives, training your team and channel partners, handling delinquency, overseeing vendor and cost management, ensuring quality management through audits, compliance checks, and Hind sighting, monitoring portfolio quality, authorizing disbursals, managing Pre-Delivery Document (PDD) processes, and providing excellent customer service. Your deliverables will be measured based on factors such as Sanction to Disbursement Turnaround Time (TAT), maintaining audit compliance and minimizing errors in Hind sighting, training initiatives, controlling delinquency within budget constraints, efficient cost management, and implementing new initiatives to enhance operations. To be eligible for this role, you should have a Graduation/MBA (Marketing) degree and possess at least 2-4 years of relevant sales experience in Education Loan, secured loan, or unsecured loan products. Your experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance practices, risk management, and customer service excellence.,
