Branch Operations & Compliance Executive

As a Branch Operations & Compliance Executive at Choice Group in Jaipur (Mansarovar), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of branch operations and compliance with regulatory norms. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely completion of statutory and compliance documentation such as Rent Agreements, Shop & Establishment, GST, PT, etc. - Coordinating with Branch Heads for renewals, regulatory filings, and providing administrative support - Managing documentation, audits, and compliance tracking across branches - Overseeing branch openings/closures, asset transfers, and coordinating with vendors - Preparing MIS reports and highlighting compliance trends for management review To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 12 years of experience in compliance, administration, or branch operations, preferably with multi-location experience - A sound understanding of labor laws and regulatory processes - Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel - A proactive and detail-driven mindset with the ability to multitask effectively If you are an organized and detail-oriented professional with a desire to grow your career in branch operations and compliance management, this opportunity at Choice Group could be the next step in your career progression.
