u Monitoring the overall sale & discuss with AM/ ZH on daily basis
u Finds out new business with existing clients as well as new clients by generating Sale Lead in system
u Responsible to achieve the Sale of branch
u Minimizing the LVD of CV by daily working & follow up concerned stakeholders
u Minimize UVD of CV at Unloading Point in assigned customer
u Ensure timely vehicle placement (CV+MV) & planning for smooth placements against indents
u Ensure accurate and proper loading/ unloading at points to control DEPS cases
u Monitoring timely POD collection with 100% achievement of branch (CV + MV)
u Ensure timely ERP feedings of branch to be done accurately so that there is delay in documentation work
u Responsible for the overall administration of branch - HR, Admin & IT issues.
u Responsible to close the audit query within TAT
u Ensure to have deputed staff present at points
u Ensure grievance handling of employee at branch level - 1st point of contact
u Responsible to share all the MIS/Reports within TAT
u Market Intel on latest business trends, competitor & business opportunities
