Key Responsibilities:

Business & Sales Management

• Drive growth in retail banking products such as CASA, term deposits, retail loans, and cross-sell products.
  
• Achieve branch-level business targets in line with organizational goals.
  
• Develop local market strategies to increase customer acquisition and wallet share.
  

Branch Operations

• Manage day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth functioning.
  
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
  
• Monitor operational risk, fraud control, and process efficiency.
  

Customer Service

• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolution of escalations.
  
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and local influencers.
  
• Improve customer satisfaction and branch service metrics.
  

Credit & Portfolio Management

• Oversee sourcing, appraisal, and monitoring of retail assets.
  
• Maintain portfolio quality by controlling delinquencies and NPAs.
  
• Ensure timely recovery and follow-up on overdue accounts.
  

People Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
  
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching.
  
• Maintain a positive and performance-driven work culture.
  

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.
  
• Address audit observations and ensure timely closure.
  
• Implement risk management and KYC/AML norms effectively.
