Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the spa branch (front desk, therapists, facilities). Drive sales & revenue through packages, memberships, upselling, and cross-selling. Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle escalated customer issues. Recruit, train, and manage spa staff including therapists and front desk associates. Monitor budgets, financial targets, and profitability of the branch. Maintain spa ambiance, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards. Develop local marketing initiatives and partnerships with corporates, hotels, and tourism. Report branch performance and KPIs to head office. RequirementsProven experience as a Branch Manager / Spa Manager / Hospitality Manager. Strong background in sales, operations, and customer service. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to meet targets and drive business growth. Knowledge of spa/wellness industry will be an added advantage.
