You are seeking a Branch Head for a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) located in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Gold Loan operations, with a preference for individuals with expertise in this area. As the Branch Head, you will be responsible for demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills to drive business growth and sales. It will be your primary objective to achieve monthly targets and work towards improving the overall performance of the company.
