Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for the assigned area, your main responsibility is to drive sales and ensure that business targets are achieved. You will be in charge of managing the branch processes, team, and industry governance to maintain growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the defined strategy to achieve branch performance targets. - Create a demand funnel and meet sales forecasts by maintaining strong client relationships. - Manage branch growth and profitability by staying updated on competition and adjusting sales strategies. - Expand and retain the customer base by developing strong liaisons with clients/channel partners. - Develop a mix of sourcing channels and capitalize on business opportunities. - Facilitate the development of new locations to penetrate new markets. - Ensure smooth functioning of the lending process at all stages. - Manage post-sales customer/channel partner escalation. - Co-ordinate and supervise key departments internally. - Monitor branch operating costs and quality of the book. - Support the closure of stress accounts with the collections team. - Optimize team productivity and assure achievement of business targets. - Collaborate effectively with departments and lead the team through hiring, training, and recognition. - Responsible for the overall administrative functioning of the branch. - Keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence. - Establish internal controls for legal compliance and conduct periodic audits. - Ensure compliance with all Audit / NHB regulations and company policies.
