Branch Manager

Job Description: Branch Manager – Laptop Service & Parts Replacement Position: Branch Manager (Service Center) Industry: Laptop / IT Hardware Service Location: __ Experience: 2–5 years in laptop repair/service center operations Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations of the service center. Ensure smooth handling of customer walk-ins for laptop service and parts replacement. Diagnose basic hardware issues and guide technicians for repairs. Manage and monitor parts replacement jobs—keyboard, battery, RAM, SSD, screen, motherboard, etc. Ensure timely service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction. Keep track of available stock of spare parts and raise requests when needed. Maintain repair logs, service records, and daily job sheets. Perform quality checks on repaired/replaced devices before delivery. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide quick resolutions. Train and guide technicians for better service quality. Ensure the service center follows company processes and cleanliness standards. Required Skills: Strong understanding of laptop hardware and parts replacement. Ability to manage technicians and coordinate service jobs. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure. Education: Diploma in Hardware & Networking / ITI / BSc IT / Any graduation Technical certifications (optional but preferred)
