Job Description

You will be responsible for developing the Financial Products Distribution business in the assigned location. Your primary role includes overseeing and managing branch staff, providing coaching and development, and ensuring adherence to sales targets, policies, and procedures. It is essential to groom the team on product knowledge, system usage, and guide them towards achieving business objectives. Your key responsibilities will involve designing and implementing business plans, ensuring branch compliance with policies and processes, and conducting regular performance reviews of employees to evaluate their performance and provide guidance to help them reach set goals. The products you will be dealing with include Mutual Funds, Insurance, LAS, Bonds, among others. You should have a minimum of 60 months of experience in a similar role and hold an MBA/PGDM qualification. Your area of expertise should cover Mutual Funds, Insurance, LAS, Bonds, etc. This role is in Jabalpur and the preferred gender for this position is male.
