Key Responsibilities: - Develop target and manpower planning strategies for the branch. - Recruit and train Sales Managers, Branch Sales Managers, Branch Credit and Collection Managers, and feet-on-street staff. - Meet monthly disbursement targets. - Identify high-potential business clusters and implement penetration strategies. - Monitor and enhance manpower productivity across all levels. - Supervise and support the branch team. - Stay updated on competitor activities, new products, and market trends, and report findings. - Manage product mix and branch profitability. - Oversee bucket collection and portfolio management. - Ensure adherence to internal and external audit requirements. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any of the following fields: Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
