We are looking for a highly driven Branch Manager with strong experience in the Life Insurance sector. The ideal candidate must have proven stability, strong leadership skills, and a consistent track record of driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales and business targets
• Drive productivity, growth, and operational excellence
• Monitor daily activities, performance, and compliance within the branch
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Ensure high-quality recruitment, training, and development of the branch team
• Implement business strategies to increase overall branch performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of stability in one company
• Minimum one promotion in current or past organization
• Strong experience in the Life Insurance industry
• Proven team-handling ability and consistent sales performance
• Graduation mandatory
