Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Management
: You'll provide leadership to an entire Circle team, managing a hierarchy of managers and their teams. This involves setting and communicating a vision, providing regular coaching and performance reviews, and identifying skill gaps to ensure continuous improvement.
Business & Sales Strategy
: You're ultimately responsible for maximizing the sales productivity of your assigned Circle and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. This requires a strong understanding of the local market and the ability to make strategic course corrections.
Recruitment & Talent Development
: A key part of your role is to identify and recruit top-tier talent. This includes finding new Financial Consultants and converting high-performing ones into Business Leaders who can build their own teams.
Channel Expertise & Compliance
: The job requires extensive experience (5-7 years) in the
insurance agency or direct channel
, with at least 2-3 years specifically in team handling. You'll also be responsible for ensuring your team adheres to the company's ethical standards and follows all sales processes, from lead generation to full sales completion
