Job Description

Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Monitor inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers and head office for stock replenishment.
Enforce security measures to protect valuable merchandise.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Set and monitor sales targets; motivate staff to achieve and exceed them.
Handle high-value sales and important customer interactions.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Promote upselling and cross-selling techniques among staff.
Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates and support staff.
Create work schedules and assign duties.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback/coaching.
Foster a positive and professional work environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
