Job Summary:

Responsible for leading multiple branches to drive sales, recruit agents, and achieve growth targets in the Agency Channel. The role involves team leadership, strategic planning, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Branch Managers and their teams across locations
Drive business targets: premium, recruitment, activation & persistency
Develop and retain high-performing agency network
Ensure training, compliance & performance tracking
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
8–15 years of insurance sales experience (Agency preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills
