Position - Branch Manager
Experience : Min 2+ years of NBFC/BFSI experience. Experience of similar
field is preferred.
Location - Thrissur,Cochin,Alappuzha
Salary-3.6 LPA- 5.40 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities :
* In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration
* Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.
* Ensure branch achieve the targets, motivate and guide the team.
* New to branch customer acquisition, building the
* Asset under management of the branch, driving sales of debentures, insurance, tour and travel products.
* Key custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.
* Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.
* Market scoping, understand the trends in the market and act accordingly
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience in the financial services industry - Preferable in Bank / NBFC
* Any Graduates in any stream
