Business Unit-Retail Branch Banking Reports toCluster Head Role Type-Supervisory role. Function-Sales + Operations Support. Key Responsibilities Plays a pivotal role in driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the Retail Banking segment. Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management, Operation and risk. ¢ Ownership of Underperforming RMs basis K.O parameters i.e. Income, Credit Card, Digital, Retail Assets, Business Assets, Insurance, CASA Units ¢ Developing strategies to achieve ambitious financial targets, drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, cross-selling, and upselling of financial products and service to ensure to have maximum market share. ¢ Key decision-maker, fostering a strong customer-centric culture while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements ¢ Monitor and Manage branch financial performance and expenses efficiently, optimizing resource utilization and controlling costs. ¢ Analyze financial performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial data to higher management. ¢ Foster a cohesive and productive work environment to enhance team productivity and engagement by timely trainings, guidance and mentorship.

¢ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning, efficiency, and
compliance with regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor risk management strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks. ¢ Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any operational gaps or compliance issues. Maintain a secure and controlled environment within the branch, prioritizing the safety of customers and employees. ¢ Ensure smooth operations with vendors while timely reviewing their bills and services. ¢ Cooperate seamlessly with auditors and ensure satisfactory audit ratings of the Branch.
