Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling unsecured loans products.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years' experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in branch handling or management role.
• Strong background in sales, team handling, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in achieving targets and driving business growth through effective strategy implementation.
