Job Description

Branch Manager

Candidates having minimum 5 years of work experience in NBFC/ (Gold Loan) Business Development, Sales, Operations or Marketing role at the Managerial Level.
Graduates or Post Graduates

Handling branch team, guide them, train them for best customer services.
Target achievement of the branch and customer service.
Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.
Handling HNI Customers.
Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.
Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values.
Manage & Grow the Portfolio of Gold Loans within the allotted branch as per the assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure business growth.
Responsible for managing Branch P & L, marketing activities & efficient branch operations through strong leadership skills and service orientation. He/She must have strong management & relationship skills.
