Branch Manager Freight Forwarding (Sales & Operations)

As a Branch Manager in the field of freight forwarding, your role will involve managing branch-level sales & operations for both Air and Sea freight. You will be responsible for driving business development by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing ones. Your duties will include handling export/import documentation, customs clearance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will supervise a team to ensure smooth operations, including warehousing and transport. Your ultimate goal will be to achieve sales targets and support the company's growth in international and domestic logistics. Key Responsibilities: - Manage branch-level sales & operations for freight forwarding (Air/Sea). - Drive business development by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing ones. - Handle export/import documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance. - Supervise a team to ensure smooth operations, warehousing, and transport. - Achieve sales targets and support company growth in international/domestic logistics. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-12 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales & operations. - Strong knowledge of customs, 3PL, imports/exports, and international shipping. - Leadership skills with prior experience in branch or country management. - MBA/B.Com or related qualification in logistics/supply chain.
