Branch Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations

• Manage day-to-day branch activities smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper documentation, loan processing, and verification as per company policies.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, accounts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports.
• Drive sales of financial products such as loans, insurance, deposits, and investment services.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer base and business volume.
• Identify new market opportunities and build partnerships with local businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or PG Diploma in Finance is an added advantage
• 3–7 years’ experience in finance/banking/NBFC sector, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,043.91 - ₹45,896.55 per month
