As a Branch Manager, you’ll be at the front line of this transformation — leading your branch, growing the business, building strong teams, and driving true financial impact at the ground level
Job Description
Manage branch operations: sales, service, and collections- Lead, coach, and develop your team- Build local relationships and grow our customer base- Drive disbursement and recovery targets- Ensure compliance and day-to-day efficiency
What we’re looking for
- 10–15 years in NBFC lending- Experience with vehicle and MSME loans- Proven leadership and team management skills- Field mobility and willingness to travel- Fluency in Tamil preferred

Pay: ₹35,607.59 - ₹46,999.98 per month
