Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and seamless functioning of all activities. Your role will involve managing staff, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist the Head Office in implementing business development strategies for the assigned branch. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the branch, including supervising staff, educating them about the latest updates, policies, and rules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Work closely with the Counselling and operations Team to handle the team of counsellors and back office operations with result-oriented strategies and planning. - Provide quality services to customers and be the process owner for all clients of the branch, ensuring they are guided well throughout the student Visa application process. - Achieve branch sales targets and projected profits by selecting, training, supervising, and evaluating branch staff to enhance individual productivity. - Learn and efficiently use the company's CRM portal for routine activities and support the team in resolving CRM-related issues. - Assist the Head Office in operating the branch in line with company procedures and policies, maintaining operational standards, and providing an excellent working environment for employees. - Lead, manage, train, and motivate the team at the branch towards higher productivity, ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and orderly. - Counsel clients about student visa processes and requirements of countries like Canada, UK, USA, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia, resolve customer complaints promptly, and support sales promotion activities. - Develop action plans to enhance operational controls, optimize customer service, assist in performance appraisals, promotions, and compensation activities for employees, and routinely audit the records of registered clients to ensure processing is on track. - Proactively identify and resolve client issues, and retain maximum clients by providing quick resolutions. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate/ Graduate - Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field, preferably in a managerial capacity. - Good team-leading experience with a stable career history. - Strong knowledge about Canada, and preferably Australia, New Zealand & Europe Visa Rules & Regulations. - Understanding of Visa application processes, documentation requirements, and result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), pleasing personality, confident, good keyboard skills, academically bright. - Ability to communicate effectively with students and individuals of all age groups and backgrounds, flexibility over working hours, and encourages input and ideas from others.,
