Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, providing personalized insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing insurance proposals, handling policy renewals, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to understand and analyze customers' insurance needs
• Proficiency in preparing insurance proposals and handling policy renewals
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction
• Experience in life insurance or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in local language(s) is beneficial
