Branch Manager - Direct Channel

The Branch Manager Direct Channel position in the Health Insurance industry, specifically in the Direct Sales channel, is currently open in Coimbatore. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Direct Sales Channel for the health insurance business. Your main duties will include managing branch performance, team leadership, customer acquisition, and revenue generation through direct sales. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in team management, preferably in the health/life insurance or BFSI sector. A graduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales targets at the branch level, recruiting and managing a team of Direct Sales Executives/Advisors, identifying business opportunities in the local market, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies, and providing regular sales performance reports and analysis to the zonal/area heads.
