Branch Manager

Position: Branch Manager

Location: Cindrebay School of Design, Kannur

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch office, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
• Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students as needed.
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and redirect them to appropriate personnel.
• Draft and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
• Assist students with inquiries related to admissions, institute and university registration, and academic procedures.
• Coordinate student activities and events in collaboration with student services.
• Prepare regular reports on branch operations for management review.
• Manage fee follow-ups and collection, issuing receipts and meeting collection targets.
• Organizing PTA meetings, formulating class time tables.
• Maintaining Day Book, Ledger , Petty Cash Register & optimize branch expenses.

Qualifications:

• 5-6 years experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month (Higher Bracket would be including variables, depending on current CTC and skill sets owned. Package Negotiable for deserving candidates)
