Experience:0-3 years in Sales/Operations/Real Estate

Industry Exposure: Real Estate, Finance, Banking, or Insurance

Age:20–40 years

Gender: Female (based on field comfort)

Languages: English + Telugu, Hindi (optional)

Technical Skills: MS Office, WhatsApp CRM, Email Etiquette

Leadership Skill: Strong in team handling & decision-making

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise overall branch operations and team performance
• Drive sales targets and revenue growth
• Monitor site visits, client follow-ups, and closures
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and negotiations
• Coordinate with marketing, accounts, and legal teams
• Maintain branch-level reports, cash handling, and documentation
• Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating the team
• Build local broker, client, and vendor relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
