Branch Manager

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, including distribution operations, administration, and sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities to achieve sales targets. - Meeting goals and metrics set by the company. - Bringing out the best in the branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation. - Networking to improve the presence and reputation of both the branch and the company.
