Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage a team of life insurance agents.
Drive business targets through the agency channel.
Monitor performance and provide necessary support to agents to achieve business goals.
Organize regular training and motivation sessions for agents.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and agents to ensure long-term business association.

Requirements

Minimum 2- 6 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the agency channel.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of life insurance products and market trends.
Must be based in Kolkata or willing to work from any location in Kolkata.
Graduation is mandatory.
