Role Overview: FlashFund Mortgages, a pioneering mortgage lending platform in partnership with Sahith Fintech SFI Pvt Ltd, is seeking a Branch Management Intern in Financial Services for their location in Vijayawada. As an intern, you will be involved in various branch management activities, focusing on customer service, loan processing, and financial analysis. Your role will also include market research, record maintenance, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. Collaboration with different teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of this position. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing branch-level tasks and daily finance operations - Maintain records of borrowers, investors, and deposit clients - Guide customers through lending and deposit processes - Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups - Track and report all transactions using internal tools - Learn to manage software-based finance operations Qualifications Required: - Final-year students / recent graduates from any stream - Strong communication and leadership skills - Basic knowledge of finance or a keen interest in banking - Must be located in or near Vijayawada Note: The job offers a total stipend of 10,000 for the entire 6-month duration, a Startup India Recognized Internship Certificate, free Banking & Finance Training, job placement opportunity for top performers, and hands-on experience in fintech branch operations.,
