Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our Noida Sector 150 center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of managing day-to-day operations while ensuring the highest standards of care and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the preschool branch
• Lead, train, and motivate teaching and support staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
• Manage admissions, parent engagement, and community outreach
• Monitor curriculum delivery and child development outcomes
• Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and branch performance

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and multitask effectively
• Passionate about child development and education
