In our quest to fortify the Direct Channel in Hyderabad, we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Branch Head who can effectively lead, manage, and expand the sales team, all while upholding business excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Relationship Managers / Direct Sales Executives. - Drive business targets for the Direct Channel at the Hyderabad branch. - Formulate sales strategies to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships. - Ensure the realization of revenue, productivity, and profitability objectives. - Oversee branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI regulations. - Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to sales staff to enhance selling skills and performance. - Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and implement local growth strategies. - Foster robust customer relationships and uphold service excellence. **Must-Have Requirements:** - Graduate / Postgraduate, MBA preferred. - 8 - 10 years of sales experience (minimum 3 years in Life Insurance). - Demonstrated success in direct sales and team management. - Profound understanding of Hyderabad market dynamics. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management capabilities. - Capability to thrive under pressure and deliver results within stipulated timelines. **Preferred Skills:** - Previous experience as a Branch Manager / Sales Manager in Life Insurance. - High energy, result-oriented approach with robust decision-making skills. - Exceptional negotiation and customer relationship management proficiencies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen. - Ability to construct, train, and retain high-performing sales teams.
