Branch Head - Agency Business Partner (Life Insurance)

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve maintaining professional engagement levels consistently with the Distributors (ABPs) and their Financial Consultants (FCs) to enhance productivity and achieve business objectives. You will be accountable for driving Business Sales KPIs related to FYWRP for individual business, 13M persistency, product mix, ABP Promotion, LP Promotion, Great Partner & Advisor Program Qualification, activation of agents, and team retention. Your responsibilities will include driving sales production, managing costs, providing support to Agency Business Partners (ABPs), and assisting them in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enable Front Line Sales (FLS) to recruit and develop a successful team with a diversified base of ABPs. - Assist ABPs in recruiting and developing a successful team with a diversified base of FCs. - Ensure high quality and persistency of business generated by the local production unit to support the company's long-term profitability. - Cascade, align, and review Agency business plans periodically to ensure effective implementation. - Support Career FLS cohort in identifying and recruiting top Financial Consultants (FC) to expand their distribution team. - Build your own team through referrals and ensure 100% manning overall for the month. - Ensure timely and apt engagement of 0-6 months FLS to support probation success. - Manage activities related to Sales Management Process, First Time Right on Login to Conversion, organizational initiatives, contests, personal & business hygiene, etc. - Maintain a collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill business objectives seamlessly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales Team Handling preferred In addition to the job description, the company offers health insurance, provident fund, day shift schedule, and a performance bonus.
