Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Evaluate & underwrite home loan proposals (salaried & self-employed)
Ensure credit quality and compliance with internal/risk policies Coordinate with sales, legal, and ops teams for seamless processing
Maintain portfolio health and policy adherence at the branch

Preferred candidate profile

3-6 years of housing loan credit experience (NBFC/Bank/HFC)
Strong understanding of financials, risk assessment & credit bureaus
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce;MBA preferred
