Cell Leader Process Shop

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily production plans and allocate manpower.
Monitor process parameters, machine conditions, and chemical usage.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply modules.
Conduct cell management meetings and implement corrective actions.
Ensure traceability, safety, and adherence to 5S/TPM/IMS standards.
Handle plating/anodizing jig availability and chemical replenishment.
Prepare performance reports and manage cost control.
Train and supervise cell members for discipline and productivity.

Performance Metrics:

Loads per shift, hourly output, chemical consumption
Rejection rate, NCRs in audits
On-time delivery, inventory reconciliation
Cost savings, safety incidents
Kaizen, suggestions, absenteeism, training hours
